Fix and Run the AI You Have

You bought the AI. Now make it work.

A chatbot on the website. An automation someone set up last year. A tool the last vendor left behind. It's running, sort of, and nobody owns it. We take it over, fix what's broken, and give you one person and one number every month. If it should be turned off, we tell you that too.

One person owns it. One number proves it.

Not a rebuild. Not a support ticket. Not another vendor.

$9,500 to find out what you have and what it's doing

Two weeks to a keep-fix-or-kill list

From $5,000 a month to have someone own it

Built by the team that built several companies from zero

Sound familiar?

It worked in the demo.

"The chatbot answers questions all day. It has booked exactly zero jobs."

What happened: it was set up to talk, not to act. Nobody connected it to the calendar.

"The follow-up automation stopped in March. We found out in June."

What happened: a tool changed, the automation broke, and nobody was watching the number.

"The guy who set it up is gone. Nobody knows what it's doing with our customer data."

What happened: no record, no rules, no owner. Just a login somebody has somewhere.

What we take over

If it's running in your business, we can own it.

Whoever built it. Whatever it runs on. We've taken over all of these.

Website
The chatbot
Before Answers questions. Books nothing. Nobody reads the transcripts. After Books the estimate or the visit. Hands hot leads to a person with the notes. You see the count.
Automations
The follow-up that broke
Before Built in a tool nobody logs into. Broke quietly. After Watched every day. Fixed before you notice. Reported every month.
Vendor
What the last company left
Before A login, an invoice, and no idea what it does. After Mapped, documented, and either owned by us or turned off on purpose.
Phones
The AI receptionist
Before Answers nicely. Gets the address wrong. Customers hang up. After Rules fixed, connected to the schedule, a person approves anything it's unsure about.
Data
The thing touching customer data
Before Nobody knows what it sends where. After Written down. Locked down. A record of every action, in one place you can read.
Ours
The job we built for you
Before Live, working, and about to be forgotten. After Owned, measured, and improved every month. Then the next job gets built in.
Tell us what you have Not sure what you have? That's the most common answer. We find out in the Diagnostic.
What this is, and isn't

Not a rebuild. Not a support ticket. An owner.

  • × Tear it out and start over with our tool instead.
  • × A support line you call when it breaks, if you notice.
  • × A report full of charts nobody reads.
  • ✓ One named person who owns what's running, and answers for it.
  • ✓ One number every month that says it's doing its job. If it isn't, we say so.
  • ✓ One thing made better every month. Then the next job, built in, because we're already in your tools.
A simple monthly report: one number, up or down
How it works

Take over. Run. Run more.

We look before we own. You get the list before you pay the monthly.

Step 1 · Look
Diagnostic
$9,500 · two weeks

We find everything that's running, what it touches, and what it's actually doing. You get one page: keep this, fix this, turn this off. And a price to own what's left.

Skipped if we built it. You're already on step 2.
Step 2 · Run
Run
$5,000 a month

One system, one number, one named person. Watched daily. Fixed when it drifts. One improvement a month. A report you can read in a minute.

Month to month after the first three.
Step 3 · Run more
Run more
$10,000 a month

Several systems, or one that touches sales. Same person, same report. The next job gets built in here instead of bought separately.

Where most clients are by month six.

Then what

Once we own one thing, the next one is easy.

We're already in your tools. We already know your people. The second job costs less and lands faster than the first, and it doesn't need a new vendor.

Questions people ask

The honest answers.

We didn't build it with you. Can you still take it over?
Yes. That's most of what this is. Whoever built it, whatever it runs on, the Diagnostic maps it and we own what's worth owning.
Will you just tell me to replace it with yours?
No. We don't sell a tool. If what you have works, we keep it and run it. If it should be turned off, we say so in the Diagnostic, and you can stop there.
What does "own it" actually mean?
A named person at GroundedPath is responsible for it. They watch it daily, fix it when it drifts, improve one thing a month, and send you a report with one number. You call them, not a help desk.
What's the number?
Whatever the system is for. Calls answered. Estimates booked. Visits confirmed. Invoices paid on time. One number per system, agreed in the Diagnostic, reported every month.
What does it cost?
The call is free. The Diagnostic is $9,500 and takes two weeks (skipped if we built it). Run is $5,000 a month for one system. Run more is $10,000 a month for several, or one that touches sales. Month to month after the first three.
Is my customer data safe?
Finding out is the first thing the Diagnostic does: what every system touches and where it sends it. Then we write the rules down and set them in the tools. This team founded a security company. It's the part we're strictest about.
Can I cancel?
After the first three months, yes, month to month. What we built or fixed stays in your tools, in your account. It's yours.
