Put AI on one job

Pick one job. We make it do itself.

Every business has a job that eats the day. Answering the phone. Chasing estimates. Confirming visits. Chasing money. We build a system that does that one job, inside the software you already use, with a person checking what matters. You get the hours back, and a number that proves it.

One job. Done by a system.

Not a chatbot. Not a class. Not a new app to learn.

$9,500 to find out exactly what it will take

Two weeks to a plan and a price

One number every month that shows it's working

Built by the team that built several companies from zero

Sound familiar?

The job is simple. It just never stops.

"The phone rang four times while I was on the roof. Three of them went to the other guy."

The job: answer every call, text back the ones you miss, and get the estimate on the calendar.

"We sent the estimate. Then nothing. Nobody had time to follow up."

The job: follow up every estimate, three times, until they say yes or no.

"Half the front desk's day is calling people to confirm they're still coming."

The job: confirm every visit, fill every cancellation, and keep the schedule full.

Jobs we take

If a person does it the same way every day, a system can do it.

Six we've done. There are more. Each one lives inside the tools you already have, so nobody learns anything new.

Phones
Answer every call
Before Voicemail. Call back at 7pm. Half have booked someone else. After Every call answered or texted back in a minute. Estimate booked while they're still on the line.
Sales
Chase every estimate
Before Sent and forgotten. Nobody has time to follow up. After Followed up three times, the right way, until they answer. You see who's close.
Schedule
Confirm every visit
Before Front desk on the phone all morning. No-shows anyway. After Confirmed by text. Cancellations filled from the waitlist. Desk does desk work.
Money
Chase the invoices
Before Thirty days late is normal. Sixty happens. After Reminded on day one, seven, and fourteen. A person steps in only when it's stuck.
Paperwork
Write up the job
Before Notes on a truck seat. Photos on three phones. After Job written up, photos attached, invoice sent before the truck leaves the driveway.
Leads
Follow up every lead
Before Web form sits until Monday. Lead is gone. After Answered in a minute, day or night. Booked, or handed to a person with the notes.

What this is, and isn't

Not a chatbot. Not a class. A job, done.

  • × A chatbot on your website that answers questions and books nothing.
  • × A class for your team on how to use AI tools.
  • × A new app everyone has to log into.
  • ✓ A system that does the job, start to finish, inside the tools you already use.
  • ✓ A person on your team who approves what matters. The system does the rest.
  • ✓ A number you can see every month. Calls answered. Estimates sent. Hours back. Money in.

How it works

Look. Build. Run.

You never pay for the big part until you've seen the plan and the price.

Step 1 · Look
Diagnostic
$9,500 · two weeks

We sit with the people who do the job today. We watch how it's done, where the time goes, and what it costs you. You get one page: the job, the number we'll move, the plan, the price, and the date.

You give us: two hours, and a login to the tools the job lives in.
Step 2 · Build
Build
From $35,000

We build the system inside your tools. Your team tries it on real work before it goes live. We set the rules: what it does on its own, what a person signs off on.

You give us: one person who owns the job today. They become the person who approves.
Step 3 · Run
Keep it running
From $5,000 a month

Someone owns the number. We fix what drifts, make it better every month, and send you the report. Most clients stay here, then add the next job.

Optional. You can run it yourself. Most don't want to.

What you walk away with

Four things. All of them yours.

1
The system

Built in your tools, in your account. You own it. If we leave, it stays.

2
The number

One number, every month, that shows the job is getting done. Not a dashboard full of charts.

3
The rules

Written down and set in the tools. What it does alone. What a person approves. What it never does.

4
The record

Every call, text, and action it took, in one place you can read. Nothing happens you can't see.

Then what

We come in to lay the tile. Then you show us the kitchen.

Nobody should buy "AI for the whole business" on day one. One job, done right, shows you what's possible. The next one is obvious, and it's half the setup, because we're already in your tools.

1
One job

The one that hurts most. Built, measured, running.

Weeks
2
The next job

Usually the one right next to it. Same tools, same person.

Months
3
The whole front office

Calls, follow-up, schedule, money. One system. Groundwork comes in here.

Year one
4
A business that runs

Without you in the middle of every day. Worth more, whether or not you ever sell.

Years two to seven
Built for your kind of business

We already know your jobs.

Four programs, each built for one kind of business, with its own jobs, its own first step, and its own proof.

Questions people ask

The honest answers.

Is this a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions. This does a job: answers the call, books the estimate, sends the reminder, chases the invoice. It acts, inside your tools, by rules you set.
Do I have to buy new software?
Usually not. We build inside what you already use: your phone system, your scheduling tool, your invoicing, your CRM. If something is missing, we tell you in the Diagnostic before you spend anything.
What if it makes a mistake?
It will, sometimes, like a new hire. That's why a person on your team approves what matters, and why every action is on a record you can read. When it's wrong, we fix the rule, and it doesn't make that mistake again.
Does my team have to learn AI?
No. They keep working the way they work. One person learns to approve things, which takes an afternoon. Nobody writes prompts.
What does it cost?
The call is free. The Diagnostic is $9,500 and takes two weeks. Then you get a fixed price to build, from $35,000, before you decide. Keeping it running is from $5,000 a month, and it's optional.
What if it doesn't work?
The Diagnostic tells you the number we expect to move, and the Build doesn't go live until your team has tried it on real work. If we don't think a system can do your job, we say so in the Diagnostic, and you stop there.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in your tools, in your account. It doesn't train anyone's model. This team founded a security company; it's the part we're strictest about.
